What is your shipping policy?
Your order is shipped frozen and specially packed in a box with an insulated liner and dry ice. Your order is then shipped for delivery within a 1-2 days via UPS.
Customers from Alaska and Hawaii may contact us by email for a shipping quote.
Flat Shipping Rates
shipping rates are determined at check out. We use two and three day shipping depending on your area.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped by UPS for an anticipated two-day delivery timeframe at the point of shipment. For example, an order shipped on Tuesday, would be delivered by Thursday.
Depending on your location, your order will be shipped by UPS ground or by UPS Two-Day.
Email notification with a tracking number will go out when the order has been shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders every Monday or Tuesday(depending on holidays) . Dates are shown in the online ordering system. Shipments go out on Monday/Tuesday to ensure your order isn’t delayed over the weekend.
What is your refund policy?
High Bar H makes every attempt to ensure your product arrives in good condition. Your order leaves our facility frozen and packed in multiple layers of insulation with gel packs and or dry ice. Inclement weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed. We do our best to avoid shipment delays but we are not responsible for issues caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, Acts of God, and incorrect addresses.
